Someone on the Tor network actually said this to me recently when I was describing some interesting .onion websites (without giving any links). So this time around, I thought I’d post some links from both Tor and Freenet that I discovered in various places.
As I’ve said before, I’m aware that the content on many Tor sites is illegal and/or disturbing, so just to warn you – I haven’t checked out all of these for myself. As they say, anything that sounds too good to be true probably is. So as always – visit them at your own risk. I’ll also include a few Freenet sites, for those who prefer that. (And I’ll add more screenshots later, when I get a chance. This was kind of a quick post!)
NOTE: The Freenet sites (freesites) can’t be accessed from your regular browser, unless you’re logged into Freenet already (as with .onion sites). To access these, download Freenet at Freenet – Overview. To access the Tor sites, download Tor at Tor Project: Anonymity Online.
