She Was Fury, She Was Wrath, She Was Vengeance (NSFW)

Note: I heard that Takedownman reviewed this site as well. I wrote this at the request of the site admin, not because of him!

Last year, I wrote a post called Is Your Revenge Porn Pic on the Dark Web? I wrote this, not with the intention of promoting the subject, but raising awareness (despite how thin of an excuse that might sound).

While I’m certainly not opposed to consensual pornography, the idea of any sexual material being used without the subjects’ consent really disturbs me.

So, when someone asked me to “review” a site of this sort, I hesitated but decided to investigate (for journalistic purposes, of course!). The site in question is called Vengeance, and like other sites of its type, it has numerous images of nude or semi-nude women. It’s located at vengnce4heartlrh.onion.

For those unfamiliar with the topic of revenge porn, allow me to direct you to the related Wikipedia page: Wikipedia: Revenge porn. As the article defines it:

Revenge porn or revenge pornography is the distribution of sexually explicit images or video of individuals without their consent.[1] The sexually explicit images or video may be made by a partner of an intimate relationship with the knowledge and consent of the subject, or it may be made without his or her knowledge. The possession of the material may be used by the perpetrators to blackmail the subjects into performing other sex acts, to coerce them into continuing the relationship, or to punish them for ending the relationship.

As to whether they’re all taken without the subjects’ consent, I can’t say for certain, but I’m going to go with no – after all, isn’t that the point of revenge porn? That probably wasn’t the case at the time, but I don’t think they were intended for public viewing. Some also look like your average (non-nude) beach shots that people post on sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.

I don’t know if this is any consolation, but some of the images are professional photos from paid sites, while others are just random meme-like images, so at the very least, not all of the images qualify as “revenge porn.”

The site features options like “Explore” (similar to the same option on Instagram or Snapchat), “Search” (self-explanatory), and “Random,” which takes you to a random image.

Under “Explore,” there are categories, like “Ass,” “Beach Babes,” “Fuckable,” “Selfie,” and “Tits.” Why do I have this creeping feeling that this will become my most popular post now?

You might ask why I would mention this site at all. Well, if no one knows about it, how can we talk about it? Also, if you’re concerned that your pic may be on the site, you might want to check it out after all.

Personally, this is not the sort of thing I get off to (really!), but even if it isn’t discussed, it will still happen anyway. Because it’s on the so-called dark web, it might be trying to have the same privacy protections as other onion sites. To my knowledge, the site doesn’t have a clearnet mirror.

Oddly enough, there are somewhat similar “amateur” sites on the clearnet, albeit without the “revenge” label. I imagine some of these photos were also posted without the subjects’ consent, too. All you have to do is Google “amateur porn” and see what comes up – I’m sure you’ll get plenty of results. In fact, one thing that surprised me was that while I was researching this, I found an onion site with a list of clearnet porn sites: topprcwrj3yz3fvq.onion; it’s actually a mirror site of a clearnet porn site called MrPornGeek. Have at it, ladies and gentlemen!

There are plenty of said amateur porn sites, so in my opinion, I don’t see what the big deal about the “revenge” thing is. Maybe I’ve just never hated someone enough to do this to them, or maybe I have too much empathy. Oh, the curse of empathy!

Anyway, readers – what is your take on this? I imagine a lot of people would be against it, but those who are already into the revenge porn thing would have no problem with it.

Let the arguments begin!

  1. I figure that most of these sites are simply amateur porn pictures, Do not get me wrong as there are plenty of pictures that were uploaded without consent but that is about 75% of amateur porn that you find online anyway.

I am sure that there is someone out there who does this for revenge or blackmail but most of it is simply getting paid to upload amateur content to websites. I bet if you did a reverse image search on most of the pictures on that site, about two-thirds of them would be posted on other websites as well.

  2. what is the big fuss about, and who do you hate? there is far worse shit out there online and on PSN such as the admin posting an animal cruelty video called puppy snuff which in my opinion is disgusting and immoral, and you say this disturbs you? but i suppose your ok with animal cruelty right. people who pedophiles and are cruel to animals, or those who even view that type of shit deserve a slow and Agonizing death.

  3. LMFAO. You are a troll DEATH. STFU, complaining about puppy snuf. what are you doing on PSN in any case if you cannot handle it. Change your name to FAGGOT not DEATH.

  7. when I was in college I was taking criminology and I had an instructor who was a retired officer who held many different titles. I really respected the old coot, he hated my boyfriend with a burning passion, which is a whole other story. Anyway, shortly before he retired from police work he was investigating a large meth ring and finally found the source, when trying to cuff the guy making the meth he noticed that he had large and deep cuts down his arms that needed immediate medical treatment. First it was assumed that he was trying to commit suicide, but some of the cut were partially healed. After further investigation it was discovered that this guy was cutting his arms and bleeding into some of the batches of meth to make ‘Pink Meth’ for the ladies. This story actually gets worse, ooh so much worse, the sleeze ball was HIV positive. My instructor didn’t know what happened after. Every time I hear something about pink meth I can’t help but think about this story, it is so horrifying.
