Finally, A Domain Name!

So, it only took me three years, but finally, I registered the domain name From now on, that will be the official name. Now, what to do with this?

Although I’ve been doing this mostly for fun, I’d be perfectly OK with receiving donations, particularly for “premium” content. So, how would that work, exactly?

One idea that I’ve had is that if you want me to promote a particular product or website (dark web or otherwise), you can make a donation via one of the services that I’m currently using, such as Liberapay or Patreon. Or I can write about a topic of your choice (since I get so many requests to write about specific things)!

If making a donation is too expensive for you, maybe we can exchange a service for a service too. For example, if you have a VPN service or other privacy-related technology, I’ll review it for in exchange for a free or discounted trial period. As a matter of fact, a couple of services have already done this with me – when I was writing an article about IoT search engines, let me use theirs for that purpose!

In addition, I’ll be setting up an alternate blog at, and will be sharing some of my older content there too. (I assure you it’s not a pod person).

I’m still in the process of setting some of these things up, however. More info to come.

So readers…any suggestions for tech I should try out and/or write tutorials for? I have a few ideas, but I love feedback as well.

No spam, though…OK?

  1. A motivating discussion is definitely worth comment.
I do believe that you need to write more about this subject matter, it might not be a taboo subject but
typically people don’t talk about these subjects.
    To the next! Many thanks!!
